Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Depending on your location within US, your order should reach you within 3 to 7 business days.
You will receive SMS and email from us once your order has been dispatched with the tracking AWB number. Click on that to check your package’s current location.
RETURN & CANCELLATION
Our return process is simple and free of charge because we really want you to enjoy your Kimsbay artefacts.
To initiate a return, simply click here and enter your Order ID & Phone number/email ID and submit your return request.
Hand over the goods in the original packing to the courier. It is important that you send it back in the original packing so chances of damages are minimised.
A return request for damaged & defective goods must be placed within 2 days from the date of delivery. Any other return can be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Once we receive the item(s) in good condition in our warehouse, we will initiate a refund which will reflect in your account within 7 working days. In all cases, the refund will be made via online transfer and not by cash.
We only accept one delivery address per order. Please place separate orders if you would like items delivered to different addresses.
Yes, gift wrapping is possible. After you place your order, reply on the order confirmation email and request for a gift wrap.
