Cancellation Policy

1. Returns:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item or service must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Exchanges / Upgrades:

  • If you need to update or upgrade the service, please send us an email at info@wisencase.com to initiate the exchange process. We will provide further instructions on the upgrade procedure.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
